Terry Wynn

Terry is a value driven and results oriented Finance and Accounting Executive with over 30 years of experience providing leadership and strategic direction to privately held, VC backed, international, and emerging companies, as well partnering directly with executive teams of multi-billion-dollar global enterprises.  

Terry has served as the CFO for Business Wire Inc where he assisted in developing a long-term strategic plan while supporting their core accounting and reporting needs.  Terry has also served as the VP of Finance for Sony Computer Entertainment America, LLC (Sony PlayStation) where he directly managed the functions of management and statutory reporting, budgeting, and forecasting, treasury, corporate risk, audit, tax, and corporate real estate.  Terry served as the CFO for CaseCentral, Inc., a privately held leader of web-based litigation extranets where he was part of the executive management team that successfully raised venture capital and venture debt to support CaseCentral’s growth while transforming CaseCentral to software as a service (SAAS) platform with an eDiscovery process.  Prior to CaseCenteral, Terry served as the VP of Finance of Miller Freeman, Inc. (MFI), where he oversaw MFI’s strategic business planning and merger and acquisition process.  Before MFI, Terry was the CFO of Vitel International, a privately held enterprise in the telecommunication industry where he built a cohesive finance organization in Australia, Honk Kong, Japan, USA and the UK.  Early in Terry’s career, Terry was a practicing CPA providing audit, accounting, tax and advisory services to privately held and publicly traded enterprises in a variety of industries with KPMG, Hayes, Perisho and McCarthy, and as partner with Wynn, Mason and Revak CPA’s.  

Terry has been a speaker for the Association of Corporate Growth (ACG), Inc. 500, and local entrepreneur forums speaking on topics related to accounting, reporting and corporate real estate.  Terry served as a Board Member for a community financial institution representing the Tri-Valley area.  

Terry earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting from California State University, Chico.  Terry attended Cornell University Executive Management Program and received his CPA from the State of California.  Terry is a member of the International Financial Executive Institutes, which consists of over 15,000 CFOs and Financial Leaders.
