Julie has over twenty years experience in the customer service industry with a focus on  interior and human centered design.

She specializes in creative problem solving and design thinking as well as managing, organizing and making sense of diverse streams of data to help clients produce innovative products and services.  

She holds a degree in History from Mount Saint Vincent University.
