Derek has a particular focus on Financial Services, Telecoms, Technology and B2B sectors, working with businesses such as American Express, Lloyds Banking Group, IG, Sony, Telstra, Westpac, and Vodafone.
A practitioner of quantitative and qualitative research he typically works across brand strategy, brand positioning, segmentation and opportunity identification, innovation development and product optimisation.
Derek has a BSc (Hons) from the University of Strathclyde, in Technology and Business Studies and lives in St Andrews with his wife and two children.
